Looking for a friendly and reliable person to fill our open front desk position. This person will be responsible for helping to answer phones/text messages, greeting patients, checking in and out, scheduling and managing appointments, collecting forms, assist with insurance and billing tasks, among other duties. We are a small private practice looking for someone who is a good fit for our close nit team. Computer skills a must and dental knowledge a plus, very willing to train someone who shows eagerness and the ability to learn. OpenDental experience a bonus. We are open: Monday - 9a-4p, Tuesday 7a-4p (lunch from 12p-1p), Wednesday 7a-4p (lunch from 12p-1p), Thursday 7a-4p (lunch from 12p-1p), Friday 7a-2p with a rotating Monday, Wednesday(next year), Friday closed days. So 4 day weekends occasionally (yay!!).
