We are a new modern private Dental office seeking a highly motivated, friendly and reliable front desk team member to join our practice. Front Desk admin or patient care coordinator Work duties: Answering phones Scheduling appointments Checking in and checking-out patients Verifying insurance benefits Coordinating patient care Submitting claims Processing insurance and patient payments Running reports Maintaining the front desk/reception area Recommendation: Experience with Open Dental Requirements: 1+ Year social reception experience Resourceful and innovative Self-motivated and detailed oriented Customer Service Skills with the interest in the overall well-being of our patient Team Player Excellent Communication skill Must demonstrate excellent computer skills College Associate minimum Benefits: Holiday Pay/ PTO after 90 days Scrubs and Jacket provided by doctor Dental benefits for employee, spouse and children after 6 months Health Reimbursement Hours: 9am-6pm (55min lunch): Monday, Thursday, 8am-5pm (55min lunch): Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-2pm one Saturday a month: (Saturdays will be credited at a rate of 1.5) Pay: Starting pay is based on experience + bonus incentives with potential for growth as we there will be openings in a leadership/management role as the company growns.
