Position Summary: As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the concierge for your pool of patients—both in person and over the phone. Your role is essential to keeping the office running efficiently and ensuring a smooth experience for every visitor. Key Responsibilities: -Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor -Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling -Scheduling treatment for three doctors -Verify insurance eligibility and process patient payments -Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative duties -Coordinate with clinical staff to manage patient flow -Support the overall daily operations of the front office Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a dental or medical office preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix a plus) Positive attitude and professional appearance Compensation & Benefits: Pay starting at $20+/hour (commensurate with experience) Health, dental, and 401(k) benefits Significant monthly bonus plan Paid time off (PTO) Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for training and career growth We look forward to welcoming a new team member who’s ready to grow with us!
