Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Job Title: Dental Assistant Location: Grand Prairie, TX Job Type: Full-Time (~28-32 hrs a week) Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience About Us: We are committed to providing high-quality dental care in a warm, friendly, and patient-focused environment. Our growing dental office in Grand Prairie, TX, is looking for a motivated and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team. Job Responsibilities: - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (restorative, surgical, hygiene, etc.) - Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments - Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed - Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions - Ensure patient comfort and manage chairside support during appointments - Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting - Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories - Order and maintain dental supplies and equipment - Support front office team as needed with scheduling and patient communication Qualifications: - Completion of a dental assisting program or relevant experience - Current Texas RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) license - CPR certification - X-ray certification (required) - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required - Experience with Open Dental is a plus What We Offer: - Competitive pay based on experience - Friendly and supportive work environment - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education - Flexible scheduling options - Paid time off and holiday pay (for full-time positions) - Staff appreciation events and bonuses How to Apply: Please respond directly to this post.
