Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of dental terminology, and experience in managing patient records within a medical or dental office setting. We are also in search of a Registered Dental Assistant with 2 years of experience. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule patient appointments while ensuring optimal use of provider time. Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, including managed care plans. Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist in the preparation of treatment plans and communicate them effectively to patients. Utilize CDT coding for accurate billing and coding processes. Provide support in the management of medical records and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure all necessary information is available for patient care. Address patient inquiries regarding treatment options, insurance coverage, and office policies. Requirements Previous experience in a medical or dental office is preferred. Strong knowledge of managed care processes and insurance verification procedures. Familiarity with medical terminology CDT coding Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in maintaining confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines.
