Registered Dental Hygienist – Town Center Dental (Wildwood, MO) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule: Full-Time: Monday–Thursday Part-Time: Monday & Wednesday (flexible options available) About Us Welcome to Town Center Dental — a growing, family-friendly general dentistry practice located in Wildwood, MO (West St. Louis County). Led by Dr. Jon and Dr. Stephanie Copeland, our office has recently expanded from 4 to 8 operatories, and we’re excited to welcome another talented Dental Hygienist to our team! We take pride in providing exceptional, patient-centered care in a supportive, upbeat environment. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a compassionate, articulate, and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who thrives in a collaborative setting and values patient relationships. Ideal Dental Hygienist candidates will have: Missouri dental hygiene license Strong time management and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience with Eaglesoft, digital X-rays, and insurance coordination (a plus!) A genuine passion for helping patients achieve their best oral health Our Schedule & Workflow Office hours: Mon–Wed 8:00am–5:00pm, Thu 8:00am–4:00pm 1 hour appointments for established patients 1.5 hours for new patients and SRP Work alongside three full-time and one part-time hygienist to maintain balanced workloads, coverage, and work/life balance Fully digital office with new equipment, including digital cavitrons Compensation & Benefits for the Dental Hygienist We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and an amazing team culture.
