This Full-Time position offers an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a professional and compassionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care. This role is onsite and requires the presence of the dentist at our fully equipped office, thus it is not a remote job. Our practice prides itself on its patient-centered approach and advanced use of dental technology to provide comprehensive dental care. We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused General Dentist to join our thriving practice. This role offers a dynamic working environment and the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art dental equipment and technologies. Candidates will have the chance to perform a wide range of dental procedures and contribute to the health and well-being of patients in the Katy community. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions. Plan and provide treatment for dental health issues while adhering to the highest standards of care. Perform general dentistry services, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and surgical procedures. Utilize digital dentistry tools such as iTero, CBCT, and digital X-rays to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes. Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other specialists to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Engage patients in discussion about oral health, treatment options, and preventative care strategies. Ensure a safe and sanitary environment that complies with all regulations and standards of dental practice. Maintain patient records with high precision, including treatment plans and historical data to ensure continuity of care. Participate in continuing education opportunities to keep up with new technologies and advances in dental medicine. Requirements DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program. Active Texas dental license in good standing. Minimum 2 years clinical experience post-graduation. Proficiency in a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments. Experience with digital dentistry tools (iTero, CBCT, digital X-rays). Strong communication, treatment planning, and case acceptance skills. Commitment to providing an excellent patient experience.
