We are seeking a dedicated Dental Front Office/ Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive personalized care tailored to their individual needs. This role involves guiding patients through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to scheduling procedures and coordinating insurance benefits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Duties: • Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment plans and financial obligations in a clear matter. • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with patients. • Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere in the office. • Coordinate scheduling of appointments and follow-up visits. • Assist patients with insurance claims and financial arrangements, including explaining benefits and payment plans. • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. • Provide exceptional customer service and address any patient concerns or questions promptly and professionally. • Provide support in team management and coordination of office activities. Qualifications: - 2+ years of front desk dental experience is required - Proficiency in using dental software, preferably Open Dental - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multiple tasks efficiently Compensation based on experience.
