Our office is growing and so is our team! Looking for the perfect long term fit for our conservative and patient centered practice with an established friendly dental team. This dental practice was founded by faith and my goal is to create a legacy in our community where patients know we love, care and believe in what we do. We serve by faith, lead with kindness, work as a team to encourage, support and respect one another for a healthy work environment, maintain a high work ethic and accountability at exceptional standards and to provide an excellent experience for our patients. We are a 2 doctor private practice and growing to accomodate 2 hygienists per dr. The position can be flexible to accomodate 4 days, M-Th. Our hours are 8-4. The start date of this position is in February, however January is likely, pending construction completion date of the office expansion. Current expectation is to be done at the end of this year. Pay is a base hourly pay, plus a percentage of adjusted production over daily goal. 401k after 1 year offered. The candidate must be a team player, be kind and personable, have excellent clinical skills. Utilization of dental loupes and a light is preferred. We will be conducting 3 rounds of interviews. 1.Phone interview, 2. In person interview, 3. Working interview. References are required.
