Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow within our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations, this role requires extensive experience with dental insurance — including verification, claims submission and follow-up, and handling patient financial arrangements. You’ll serve as both Office Manager and Insurance Coordinator, ensuring accuracy in billing, maximizing reimbursement, and supporting a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing the overall efficiency and financial health of our practice. Duties Manage daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Provide exceptional patient support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Oversee scheduling of appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff and patients, and vendors as necessary. Assist with practice duties such as data entry, correspondence, and record keeping. Ensure the practice environment is welcoming and professional for both staff and visitors. Implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Train and supervise administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with patients, vendors, and team members. Support dental receptionist functions as needed, ensuring patient satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or office management role in a dental practice is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to patient satisfaction. Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry dental insurance, and document management. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Familiarity with dental office procedures is advantageous but not required. Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication over the phone. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about creating an efficient office atmosphere while providing outstanding support to both staff and patients, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as an Office Manager.
