Precision Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, P.C. is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our dedicated dental team. This is a full-time, in-person role in a busy specialty office with a calm, supportive work environment. You would be the sole front desk because most insurance verification and billing and account receivable work is outsourced. ⸻ 🔹 Key Responsibilities: -Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes -Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits -Verify dental insurance benefits and enter into software when needed. -Handle patient communications via phone/email with professionalism -Collect payments and handle basic billing tasks -Create and present treatment plans with proper financial responsibilities for patients. -Be able to explain to patients information about their account accounts and bill billing including what has transpired with insurance. -Scan documents and maintain charts. - Manage referrals and coordinate with general dental offices -Keep the front office area organized and welcoming ⸻ 🔹 Required Skills and Experience: • Dental front office experience preferred (1+ years). Experience with oral surgery and periodontal coding is a us • Knowledge of Patterson Eaglesoft • Familiarity with PPO insurance verification strongly preferred since we are In-Network with most PPO Plans • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Friendly, dependable, and a team player • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities ⸻ 🔹 Schedule: • Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5:00 PM • No weekends or evening hours • Paid holidays, 401k available, and potential for growth in the role.
