We recently had a staff give her resignation due to personal reasons. Unfortunately, we are now having to find a replacement. The position is an administrative roll that is being offered as patient coordinator. At this time we are not looking for an office manager. As our practice grows that maybe a position that we will need to fill. The expect duties of that position will be discussed on the day of the interview. The potential candidate must have a back ground of patient relationships, presenting treatment plans, checking patients in and out, and an understanding of scheduling when it comes to patient management. We are willing to train that individual to fit the system that we have set up for our office. Our focus is finding the person with a strong work ethic, good personality, dependable, commitment to the practice, and willingness to learn and adapt to the way we do things. For our office, meeting these qualities more important then having a knowledge of everything dental. We are happy to detail the benefits offered during the interview process.
