Looking for a RDA with experience that likes to work at a fast pace and be busy. Cross training would be very helpful in our small office where everyone helps everyone. We are not a corporate office and we only run a single treatment room at a time so don't be scared of our 'fast pace'. We just like to keep busy with back to back appointments :-) We are a 5 op practice with a single hygienist and we are OON with all insurance companies. We have personal relationships with our patients and we spend most of our days laughing with each other and our patients .... truth!! So we need someone that can help us keep the energy levels high so that our days fly by fast. We have a unique flexible schedule that gives us super long weekends by only seeing patients 3 days a week. We have 1 day/week for admin tasks, cross-training would be a huge benefit when applying for this position. We also offer benefits, PTO, holidays, uniforms, CE and a great small work environment. Our doctor started in dentistry as an assistant, then was a hygienist and now a dentist, she values each position!!! We are willing to do some training but your salary requests must reflect your skillsets. We use Dentrix, Dexis, and Trios scanner.
