Description

We are a privately owned, specialty periodontal and implant practice seeking a skilled, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! We have offices in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake with a need in both offices, so we can be flexible with what you're looking for! What you’ll do: • Provide comprehensive periodontal maintenance and therapy • Perform scaling and root planing, site-specific antimicrobial therapy, and post-op care • Assist in the diagnosis and co-management of periodontal disease • Educate patients on oral-systemic health and home care strategies • Work closely with our periodontists and clinical team to ensure exceptional care • Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered office environment What we’re looking for: • Active RDH and local anesthesia license • Experience in periodontics preferred, but not required • Excellent communication and patient education skills • Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care What we Offer: • Competitive pay • Flexible scheduling and supportive team culture • Family oriented atmosphere, with focus on work-life balance • Other benefits to include: PTO, healthcare, dental, 401K with match, profit sharing & uniform allowance How to Apply: If this sounds like a good fit, we want to hear from you!
