Job Title: Dental Assistant with Marketing Experience – Sleep Apnea Specialty Practice Location: Plano Tx Employment Type: Full-time-4 days a week Compensation: Competitive salary + performance bonuses (DOE) Start Date: January About Us We are a growing sleep apnea and TMJ–focused practice dedicated to improving patients’ health and quality of life through advanced oral appliance therapy. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who also has hands-on marketing experience to support both clinical care and practice growth. This is a unique hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, clinical excellence, and creative outreach. Key Responsibilities: Clinical (Dental Assisting) Assist the dentist with oral appliance therapy, patient exams, scans, and follow-up visits Educate patients about sleep apnea and TMJ treatments and at-home care Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records Manage social media accounts (content creation, posting, engagement) Support referral outreach with local dental and medical offices Help plan and execute community events, health fairs, workshops, or lunch-and-learns Track marketing performance and provide monthly reports Qualifications 2+ years of dental assisting experience (sleep or airway dentistry strongly preferred) X-ray certification preferred Experience with digital scanners (Itero, Trios, etc.) is a plus Demonstrated marketing experience—social media, local outreach, or digital marketing Strong communication, organization, and patient-education skills Comfortable working in a smaller, specialized practice setting Self-motivated and able to take initiative What We Offer: Competitive pay + bonuses Paid time off  Opportunities for continuing education in dental sleep medicine and TMJ courses Supportive & collaborative team A meaningful role helping patients improve their health and quality of sleep How to Apply Please send your resume to: 📧 [sign in to DentalPost to see current contact info]
