Dr. Kevin Honore is seeking a passionate and caring full-time or part-time Registered Dental Hygienist(s) for his one doctor practice in Norfolk, VA. Start date February 16, 2026. Minimum of 1 year experience required. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8:15am - 5:00pm and Thursdays 7:15am - 4:30pm. PAID 30 minute lunch break. Competitive hourly pay. Paid PTO & Holidays after 90 days for Full-Time position. ~Single Column Schedule~ 45-60 minute prophy / perio maintenance 60-75 minute perio SRPs ~Dental Hygienist Duties and Responsibilities~ Prepare the work area for procedures Gather patient information and health background Take x-rays as needed Adult and Child Prophys Periodontal Charting Periodontal Scaling and Root Planing Periodontal Maintenance Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits Update patient records Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment Restock treatment areas
