REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT Overview At Flourish Dental Boutique, we believe that dentistry is more than a service—it’s a ministry. We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who will be a key member in helping our clinical team provide holistic care to patients. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of the clinical team, helping ensure every patient feels cared for, informed, and at ease throughout their visit. From chairside support to patient education, your compassion, attention to detail, and calm presence will help create a positive dental experience. Schedule Full-Time Monday – Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:15 AM – 1:00 PM Your Responsibilities Will Include: Warmly welcome patients and help them feel comfortable, cared for, and respected throughout their visit. Prepare treatment rooms, assist chairside during procedures, and anticipate the dentist’s needs to support efficient, high-quality care. Educate patients on procedures, post-operative care, and oral health practices with clarity and compassion. Take and document accurate clinical notes, radiographs, and intraoral photos in compliance with regulations and best practices. Ensure all instruments, materials, and equipment are properly sterilized, organized, and ready for use. Support smooth clinical flow by coordinating with the front office and clinical team. Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and HIPAA-compliant patient records. Create a clean, calm, and organized clinical environment that promotes patient comfort and safety. Communicate our mission of whole-body wellness and biological dentistry in a knowledgeable, caring, and approachable manner. What We’re Looking For: Required: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited Dental Assisting program preferred Minimum of 3 years of hands-on clinical dental assisting experience A genuine heart for serving others and creating positive, encouraging patient experiences Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a patient-focused and team-oriented approach Preferred: Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental, EZ-Dent, Dental Intel) Understanding of HIPAA regulations Knowledge of or willingness to be trained in biological dentistry Comfort explaining natural, faith-aligned health principles A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude rooted in faith Why Work With Us?
