Why This Opportunity Stands Out Starting pay determined by experience Tremendous opportunity for growth and advancement Outstanding office culture with a collaborative, respectful, and high-accountability team Practice consistently recognized with numerous 5-star patient reviews Stable, busy office with strong systems and clinical leadership Core Responsibilities Deliver a high-level patient experience from first contact through checkout Coordinate, present, and manage treatment plans with clarity and confidence Educate patients on recommended treatment, sequencing, and value to help them confidently get started Drive ethical case acceptance through education, transparency, and trust — never pressure Explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility accurately Maintain efficient scheduling to support strong daily flow and production Collect payments and manage patient financials with precision Handle phones and patient communication professionally and efficiently Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation Effectively multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment Assist the Office Manager and support front office leadership functions as needed Required Qualifications Dental front office experience is required 5+ years of treatment planning and treatment coordination experience is required Excellent with case presentation, collections, copays, deductibles, and payment arrangements Strong experience with insurance verification, benefit breakdowns, and patient financial coordination Open Dental experience is highly preferred Ideal candidate has previously worked with Open Dental and would only need to refresh and fine-tune skills related to patient profiles, insurance, scheduling, and treatment planning Excellent multitasking and time-management skills Organized, dependable, polished, and professional Comfortable working in a high-expectation, performance-driven environment This Role Is Best Suited For Someone Who: Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks Has a clear understanding of treatment planning and sequencing Can confidently close cases through education and trust, without making patients feel pressured Is excited to take on a front office leadership role, assisting the Office Manager and building management and leadership skills as a tremendous opportunity for growth Is seeking a career, not a short-term position
