Are you a seasoned dental front office professional with a passion for patient care? We're a well-established dental practice in the River Oaks/West U area, providing exceptional care to our patients for over 30 years. Our focus is on treating each patient with the kindness and respect we would want for ourselves. We’re looking for a full-time Front Office Professional to join our friendly and growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a dental office, ideally within a single-doctor private practice setting. A strong background in general dentistry is required. Experience with DEXIS, digital radiography, and Open Dental is a must. Key Responsibilities: Communicating effectively and warmly with patients, both in person and over the phone Accurately scheduling and managing appointments Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Navigating the nuances of working in a fully out-of-network practice Providing reasonably accurate estimates of what patients’ insurance plans are likely to reimburse Educating patients on the value of their care and helping them understand their financial responsibility Creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional front office environment What We’re Looking For: We are specifically seeking a candidate who has extensive experience working in a fully out-of-network practice. It is critical that you feel comfortable and confident discussing treatment plans and financial estimates with patients who are not accustomed to the out-of-network model. You should be skilled at explaining benefits, setting expectations, and instilling trust, all while maintaining empathy and clarity. Why Join Us?
