Pediatric Front Office: We are seeking to expand our front office and are in need of a financial/billing/insurance coordinator available for immediate hire. Applicant knowledgeable in Eaglesoft and Spanish bilingual is needed. The job requires the ability to answer multiple phone lines, customer service, scanning, treatment planning (PPO and state insurance), verification of benefits, and any other function to help the front office thrive. The best candidate must be proficient in frequencies and limitations for state insurance (Medicaid, Chip). Must be a team player with a positive attitude and maturity! Most of our staff have been with the office for years and so we are looking for a candidate that will also be here for the long term! Hours are 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday-Thursday, and Friday 8-12 pm (some Fridays off!). We have a GREAT team of helpful, organized, and mature leaders!
