Dr. Rashmi Bhatt Family Dental Practice is looking for applications from Registered Dental Hygienists for a full-time or 2 part-time positions. Our friendly team is looking for a reliable member to help provide every aspect of high-quality, patient-focused dental care without the stress of production quotas. This is a chance to build lasting relationships with patients in a respectful, happy environment, so strong communication skills are essential. - Competitive hourly pay based on experience - Full-time benefits: 401K with employer contribution - Medical, dental, and vision coverage, FSA/HSA options, short- and long-term disability, life insurance - Paid vacation and holidays - Paid OSHA/HIPAA training Hours: Mon–Thurs, 8 AM–5 PM with 1-hour lunch (flexible days and hours available) - 1 hour per patient for Prophy/Periodontal maintenance (no double booking) - 60–90 minutes for root planing and scaling appointments Applicants must have an active Virginia dental hygiene license, with one year of experience preferred.
