Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Private Dental Practice Location: Frisco, TX 75035 About the Practice: We are a modern, high-end private dental practice in Frisco focused on providing a serene and professional experience for our patients. We are looking for a versatile RDA who is as comfortable with clinical chairside assisting as they are with concluding the patient's visit. The Role As a Dental Assistant at White Lotus Dental, you will be the backbone of our clinical operations. You’ll work closely with our dentists to provide seamless care, ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well-informed from the moment they sit in the chair. What You’ll Do Clinical Excellence: Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, from restorative work to specialized treatments. Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatment, take X-rays, and provide clear post-operative instructions. Office Flow: Maintain sterile environments and manage clinical supplies. Front Office Support: Assist with scheduling or patient check-ins during peak times (if cross-trained). Treatment Presentation: Confidently presenting treatment plans and explaining costs to patients. Administrative Flow: Checking patients in/out, collecting payments, and scheduling future appointments directly from the chair. Requirements (Must-Haves) Location: Ability to commute to our Frisco, TX office. Licensure: A current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License. Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of active experience as a Dental Assistant. Nice-to-Haves Ortho Experience: Previous experience with orthodontic procedures.
