We are a DDS-led, private family practice that prides itself on stability, patient loyalty, and a professional work environment. Our facility is built for high performance, featuring 12 dental chairs, 2 Doctors, and 2 Hygienists. Currently, we are a thriving office generating $1.5M in annual revenue. However, we are not standing still—we are looking for a visionary leader to help us optimize our systems and scale to the next level of growth. [The Opportunity: A Strategic Partnership] We are seeking a Seasoned Office Manager who will act as a strategic partner to the Owner Doctor. This is a role for a 'System Builder' who can audit our current workflows and implement the protocols necessary to manage our high-volume capacity effectively. You will not be alone in this transition. You will be supported by a dedicated front-office veteran who has been with our practice for over 10 years. This ensures you have the institutional knowledge and support needed to focus on high-level management, while our established team handles the local history. [Who You Are: The 'All-Arounder' with Proven Loyalty] Proven Tenure: We value longevity. We are looking for a professional with a track record of long-term commitment (5+ years at a single practice is highly preferred). Systems Expert: You have a passion for creating and optimizing office systems, from scheduling and treatment coordination to billing and team management. Versatile Leader: You are a true all-arounder who understands both the front and back of the house in a multi-provider setting. Growth-Oriented: You have experience managing high-volume operations (10+ chairs) and know how to drive production and collections through efficiency. [Key Responsibilities] Partner with the Owner Doctor to design and execute systems to scale our $1.5M practice. Lead, mentor, and manage a stable team of 8+ staff members. Oversee the full Revenue Cycle Management (Billing, AR, Collections). Optimize the 12-chair facility schedule for maximum productivity. Maintain the high standard of care that our multi-generational patient base has expected for 40 years. [Requirements] 5+ years of Dental Office Management experience (Required). Stable job history with a clear record of long-term retention. Strong leadership skills and experience in a high-volume, multi-doctor office. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus [Compensation & Benefits] Competitive Pay: $27 - $35+ per hour (DOE). Growth Incentives: Performance-based bonuses tied to practice growth and milestones. Stability: A professional, respectful, and long-term 'work home.' Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay, and more. [How to Apply] If you are a seasoned dental leader looking for a stable, high-growth practice where your expertise will be valued and rewarded, we want to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience in building dental systems.
