Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Dental Clinic Manager to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in dental office management, and a passion for fostering a positive, efficient work environment. As the driving force behind clinic success, you will coordinate clinical and administrative functions to deliver top-quality dental services while optimizing practice performance. Responsibilities *Lead the overall management of the dental clinic, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow optimization to ensure smooth daily operations. * Implementing procedures and policies for the smooth operation of all departments. * Oversee payment collections from patients and insurance. * Create and report on Monthly and Annual production, revenue, new patients, days and hours. * Evaluate and address team concerns and complaints with grace and open mind. * Plan or map out dental office operations to ensure excellent patient service and support. * Efficiently review patient insurance documents to determine benefits and covered procedures in addition to required deductibles, plan changes, exclusions, duplicate benefits, etc. *Organize and maintain accurate patient files and records (legal implications). * Oversee payment collections from patients and contact insurance offices for payment settlements. *Check the insurance coverage of a patient, submit claims and follow up with insurance companies when needed. *Multitasking skills with experience working in a busy environment and managing staff calendars properly. *Re-Credential with each insurance company annually to maintain PPO status. *Update all PPO/DMO fees annually with insurance as well as in our system for each plan. *Collect all fees from patients in a timely manner. *Communicate with patients for upcoming appointments, insurance payments, denials, treatment needed, unplanned expenses and reschedule as needed. *Maintain and order office supplies. *Daily balance of all treatment and payments *Monthly reconcile of aging report *Answer and respond to all emails and patient communication within 24 hours *Perform marketing and public relations *Manage Facebook/Instagram accounts/Google reviews/ Website * Create and present treatment plans to patients to include financial responsibility Hours: Monday 9 AM- 7:30 PM Tuesday 9 AM- 1 PM Wednesday 8 AM- 6:30 PM Thursday 9 AM - 1 PM Friday 8 AM - 6:30 PM
