PRN Highlights – All As-Needed: Pay: $45 per hour (premium rate for surgical expertise) Minimum Guarantee: 4 hours minimum paid per shift (even if the case ends early—your time is valued!) Shift Length: Typically 4 hours/day (max 6 hours) —quick, focused, and rewarding Travel Reimbursement: $2 per mile round-trip for any distance over 20 miles from our main office (ZIP 75243). We calculate from 75243 to the job site and back—generous to make farther locations worthwhile! Scheduling: 100% flexible PRN—tell us your availability, and we'll match you to open dates. No minimum shifts required; work as much or as little as you like.
