We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dental Assistant with CDA and/or RDA credentials to join our team. This position is for approximately 22 hours per week, with a negotiable salary based on experience. We are looking to start immediately on a trial basis, with the possibility of long-term employment based on performance. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during patient exams and procedures Prepare operatories for dental treatment Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment Take dental X-rays Record patient medical histories and assist with treatment planning Maintain a clean and organized dental operatory Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care Keep inventory and buy supplies as needed Willing to assist front desk as needed (answer phones, make appointments, take payments) Perform other related duties as required Qualifications: X-ray License required CDA and/or RDA certification preferred Prior dental assisting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) iTero experience is a plus Eaglesoft software experience is a plus Benefits: Flexible hours Negotiable salary Friendly and supportive work environment Office therapy dog on site If you are passionate about dental care and want to join a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply today!
