Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. The Registered Dental Hygienist will provide patient-focused dental care, including performing dental prophylaxis, assisting in the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques. Additional responsibilities include ensuring infection control and maintaining accurate patient records. The role requires maintaining high professional standards and delivering excellent care to support overall patient oral health. Qualifications Proficiency in Dentistry and Dental Care practices with a patient-oriented focus Expertise in Dental Hygiene and performing Dental Prophylaxis procedures Knowledge of diagnosing and managing Periodontal Disease Strong communication skills to educate patients about oral hygiene and preventative care Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Tennessee Attention to detail, organization skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment Caring attitude and ability to build good rapport with patients We offer health insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation Time & Holiday.
