Part-Time Marketing & Referral Coordinator (Dental Practice) Private Specialty Dental Practice | Part-Time | In-Office Position Are you creative, outgoing, and passionate about building relationships? Do you have dental experience and love connecting with patients and other dental offices? We are a growing private specialty dental practice seeking a talented, energetic Marketing & Referral Coordinator to help us expand our internal and external referral network. This is NOT a passive marketing role. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas, strong communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships that generate referrals and grow our practice. Primary Responsibilities Internal Marketing & Patient Engagement  Connect with patients to encourage referrals to friends and family  Create and implement creative referral incentive programs  Deliver a 5-star patient experience that inspires loyalty and word-of-mouth growth  Mingle with patients in the office and build authentic relationships  Assist part-time with front desk responsibilities (phones, check-in/check-out) External Referral Development  Visit referring dental offices with creative gifts, treats, and branded materials  Build relationships with doctors, hygienists, and front office teams  Develop new referral sources and strengthen existing ones  Coordinate doctor lectures, hygiene events, and referral appreciation events Creative Marketing Execution  Develop brochures, flyers, letters, magazines, and marketing pieces  Manage and grow social media presence  Brainstorm and execute new marketing campaigns  Track referral growth and marketing ROI Qualifications  Dental experience required (Dental Assistant or Dental Front Desk preferred)  Strong understanding of dental terminology and patient flow  Creative thinker with fresh marketing ideas  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Highly organized and self-motivated  Professional, polished, and confident when visiting other offices  Social media and marketing design experience preferred  Positive, upbeat personality with strong people skills What We’re Looking For  Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people  A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do  Creative and strategic thinker  Professional representation of our doctors and brand  Someone excited about growth and building something meaningful Schedule Part-time, in-office position Flexible hours based on marketing events and office needs Why Join Us?
