Thank you for your interest in Johnson Oral Facial Surgery. We are a full scope oral and maxillofacial surgery office that is located in the Park Cities, Dallas. We are a patient care oriented doctor owned practice. We have an excellent staff and are looking to replace one of our surgical assistants because she is getting married and moving! We are selective in our interview process and value the ability to clearly communicate and care for our patients. Hours are 7:30-4:30 M, T, Thu; 7:30-12:00 W; 7:30-4:00 F. Duties: - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Sterilize and disinfect instruments - Assist during surgeries - Take CBCT and Pano - Manage inventory of dental supplies Requirements: - Completion of a dental assistant program or relevant certification - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance - Experience in dental assisting, including prosthodontics, general dentistry, and pediatrics - Proficiency in medical coding for dental procedures - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - X-Ray certification preferred - Prior experience is advantageous
