Here are some specifics that would make you a great fit with us: Possess 5 or more years of dental front office experience. Clearly communicate treatment presentation to patients, Comfortable and confident in discussing financial arrangements. Well-versed in using dental software, specifically Dentrix. Accurate and proficient with dental terminology and insurance billing. Demonstrate enthusiasm along with the desire and ability to work well with others. Possess a natural curiosity to learn, and openness to receiving feedback on how to improve. Pay rate is important and is negotiable depending on skills, experience, and impact to the practice.
