Private Dental Office Manager Location: Brookshire, TX Practice Type: Private, General Dentistry Employment Type: Part-Time We are a privately owned dental practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming high tech and professional environment. Our team values efficiency, compassion, and high-quality dentistry. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead daily operations and support continued practice growth. The Dental Office Manager will oversee all administrative and business operations of the practice. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and a patient-focused mindset. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in dental office management. Key Responsibilities: -Leadership & Team Management -Supervise front office and administrative staff -Coordinate team schedules -Lead team meetings and performance evaluations -Foster a positive and productive work environment -Financial & Administrative Oversight -Manage accounts receivable and payable -Monitor production, collections, and key performance indicators -Oversee insurance billing and claims processing -Ensure accurate financial reporting -Patient Relations -Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns professionally -Maintain high standards of customer service -Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality -Operations & Compliance -Maintain office systems and workflow efficiency -Oversee supply ordering and vendor relationships -Ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations -Support marketing and patient retention efforts Qualifications: -Minimum 2 years of dental office management experience -Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures -Experience with dental practice management software (Open Dental) -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Financial reporting and budgeting experience preferred Compensation & Benefits: -Competitive salary (based on experience) -Performance bonuses (based on collection goals) -Continuing education opportunities
