Position: Front Office Treatment Plan Coordinator (Sales-Focused) Our growing dental practice is looking for a highly motivated Front Office Treatment Plan Coordinator who is confident in presenting treatment plans, building patient trust, and helping patients move forward with the care they need. This role is ideal for someone who understands dentistry and also has the ability to educate patients, overcome objections, and close dental cases. Responsibilities: • Present and explain treatment plans clearly to patients • Help patients understand the value and importance of their recommended treatment • Discuss financial options, payment plans, and insurance benefits • Follow up with patients who have pending treatment • Track case acceptance and help increase treatment conversion • Coordinate scheduling for large treatment cases • Communicate effectively with the doctor and clinical team • Ensure patients feel confident and comfortable moving forward with treatment Qualifications: • Experience in dental front office or treatment coordination • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to confidently discuss fees and financing • Proven ability to close treatment and increase case acceptance • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred • Experience with dental software such as Dentrix or iDentalSoft is a plus What We’re Looking For: Someone who is personable, confident, organized, and passionate about helping patients move forward with life-changing dental care.
