Are you a skilled and enthusiastic Dental PROFESSIONAL looking to advance your career in a supportive and patient-focused environment? TLN Family Dental is seeking a dedicated professional with at least 2 years of dental front desk experience to join our team! What You’ll Do: ✅ Greet patients with enthusiasm to a welcoming environment ✅ Answer phones and provide answers to patient inquiries ✅ Scheduling treatment & Recare appointments ✅ Ensure proper billing for patients and insurance ✅ Deliver exceptional patient care when discussing EOBs ✅ Send dental claims electronically ✅ Deliver exceptional patient care when presenting treatment plans ✅ Ensure that claims and patient accounts are paid in a timely manner ✅ Answer patient billing inquiries as needed �� Open Dental software experience is a plus!
