Associate Dentist ( Experienced) – Growth Opportunity (Frisco, TX) Panther Creek Dental is growing, and we’re looking for an Associate Dentist who wants more than just a job. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships with patients, and wants to be part of a practice that’s continuing to grow. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates (2–4 days per week). SCHEDULE We offer a consistent schedule with a strong focus on work-life balance: Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM COMPENSATION Percentage of collections or guaranteed daily rate (whichever is higher) Competitive and structured for long-term growth Details will be discussed during the interview OUR APPROACH We practice conservative, comprehensive dentistry with a strong emphasis on patient relationships and long-term outcomes. This is not a high-volume, production-over-everything environment.
