We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Scheduling Coordinator who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Position Summary The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in managing front desk operations, maintaining a productive schedule, and ensuring every patient has a seamless and positive experience. Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Experience Greet patients and assist with check-in and check-out Create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment Provide appointment slips, school notes, and patient guidance Maintain a clean and organized reception area Scheduling Manage and optimize the daily schedule for efficiency Fill open and less desirable appointment times Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and schedule adjustments Manage scheduling challenges with professionalism and confidence Phones & Communication Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries Assist with new patient calls and data entry Communicate with referring dental offices Handle second-opinion and “shopping” calls effectively Patient Management Follow up on missed appointments and pending patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Assist with emergency patient coordination Administrative Duties Process payments and provide receipts Maintain appointment confirmations and daily reports Update patient information and statuses Support general front office organization and tasks Team Support Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members Communicate schedule updates throughout the day Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive culture Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience required Dental or orthodontic experience (2 years min) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) Schedule 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional adjusted hours for events What We Offer Positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and development Competitive pay based on experience Apply Today If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a high-performing team, we’d love to meet you!
