Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dental Office Manager to lead our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the practice, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and friendly experience for both patients and staff. Responsibilities: • Able to hit the ground running by thoroughly knowing and having worked with Dentrix for years • Able to work with ALL aspects of insurance. Inputting insurance in Dentrix, posting checks, sending claims, etc. • Able to go over all aspects of treatment plans with patients. • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient functioning. • Manage patient scheduling to optimize workflow. • Lead, hire, and train staff, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration. • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards. • Implement and uphold office policies and procedures that promote excellent customer service. • Help to manage budget, supplies, and inventory effectively. • Foster a positive, engaging work environment. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a successful Dental Office Manager at an office. • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Dentrix and strong computer skills. • A commitment to exceptional customer service and patient care. • Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
