Well established Collin County Oral Surgeon is looking for multiple back office team members to enhance our current staffing. Preference in hiring will be given to those with verifiable experience in oral surgery, periodontics or implant dentistry. Your role will be dependent on your skill set, level of experience and ability to coordinate your activities with other team members. At a minimum, you must possess a valid, unrestricted license to practice in Texas and have a degree of familiarity with common oral surgery procedures including third molar removal, implant related procedures, tissue grafting and intravenous sedation. You will coordinate your activities with the doctor and other team members based our daily schedule. This will include obtaining diagnostic radiographs, assisting in surgery, data entry, sterilization and instrument management. All surgical staff members will be expected to adapt to the policies and procedures of the office regardless of your level of experience. As such, the potential for additional compensation or rapid advancement will depend on your competency, willingness to accept responsibility and your interpersonal skills. I want a team member who is a coequal, not an employee. The back office works as a cohesive unit. As such, you must be willing to accept direction, communicate efficiently with others and complete your tasks with accuracy. Compensation will include base pay plus a merit based bonus, continuing education with travel opportunities, uniform allowance and licensure. For those who are DAANCE certified or possess verifiable expanded duties, enhanced compensation may apply. If you are currently employed, discretion is assured.
