We are seeking an Dental Assistant Monday - Thursday, and occasional Friday's. Business hours are from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm. Key Responsibilities Assist During Procedures: Support Endodontists during root canal treatments/apicoectomy by preparing instruments and ensuring the treatment area is sterile and organized. Patient Care: Prepare patients for examination, engage in friendly conversation to alleviate concerns, and provide chairside support during treatments. Radiographs: Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Instrument Management: Sterilize and prepare dental instruments, ensuring all tools are ready for use during procedures. Administrative Duties: Manage patient records, and handle other administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. Patient Education: Educate patients on post-treatment care and answer any questions they may have regarding their procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with root canal therapy, is essential for assisting effectively. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and provide comfort during procedures. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols. We will train right candidate. Pay depending on prior experience.
