Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Pediatric & Ortho Enthusiast! Location: Corinth, TX Are you high-energy, great with kids, and looking for a dental home where you can truly shine? Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a vibrant Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who brings a smile to work every day. If you love the fast-paced world of pediatric dentistry and have a knack for making our youngest patients feel like superstars, we want to meet you! What You’ll Do: * Patient Hero: Provide top-tier clinical support and help kids (and parents!) feel at ease. * Clinic Pro: Efficiently turn over chairs, manage sterilization/autoclave protocols, and keep our clinical space sparkling. * Versatile Player: Jump in to assist with orthodontic procedures and help our front-desk team when needed (we love a cross-trained pro!). The Must-Haves: * Active RDA Registration with the TSBDE. * A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine love for working with children. * Strong organizational skills for clinic maintenance and sterilization. The 'Cherry on Top' (Preferred): * Nitrous Oxide, Sealant, and Coronal Polishing certifications. * Previous experience in Orthodontics. * Bilingual (Spanish) Why Join Us?
