Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Katy, TX We are a modern, patient-focused private dental practice in Katy, TX seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. Our office is committed to delivering high-quality care with a strong emphasis on patient education, technology, and a positive team environment. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a hygienist who is: Experienced (3–4+ years preferred) Energetic, upbeat, and highly personable A true team player who contributes to a positive office culture Proactive in patient care and confident discussing oral health and treatment needs Detail-oriented with strong clinical and communication skills Clinical Skills & Requirements Proficient with iTero scanning (must be comfortable scanning patients independently) Able to take full-mouth series (FMX) efficiently and confidently Strong understanding of periodontal diagnosis and co-diagnosis with doctor Comfortable educating patients and presenting treatment recommendations Licensed RDH in the state of Texas (required) What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern office with advanced technology Opportunity to grow within a high-quality practice
