Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator Private Dental Practice – Grapevine, TX Our growing private dental practice in Grapevine, Texas is looking for a strong Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator who wants to help build a high-performing practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, helping patients move forward with treatment, and improving systems that allow a practice to grow. We are not a corporate office. We are a private practice focused on excellent patient care, strong team culture, and long-term growth. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, grow professionally, and help our practice reach its full potential. What You'll Be Responsible For Leadership Help lead and support the front office team Maintain a positive and professional team culture Assist in implementing systems that improve practice performance Treatment Coordination Present treatment plans clearly and confidently Improve treatment acceptance through patient education Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment Practice Growth Help increase patient visits and scheduling efficiency Monitor key practice metrics Identify opportunities to improve workflows and systems Patient Experience Ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Help maintain a high standard of hospitality The Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you: ✔ Have experience in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role ✔ Are organized, confident, and solution-oriented ✔ Communicate clearly and build trust with patients ✔ Enjoy leadership and helping teams perform well ✔ Want to grow into a true practice leader Bonus if you have experience with: Increasing treatment acceptance Helping grow a dental practice Practice performance metrics (production, collections, scheduling efficiency) Dental software such as Open Dental, Engagement Compensation will depend on experience and leadership ability.
