Description

We are looking for an active licensed RDA in Texas. The practice is growing, and we are excited to add new team members. Experienced assistants are preferred but we are open to new assistants who are willing and ready to learn to work with children. Experienced assistants will get paid based on experience and performance. We are very competitive employer. RDAs with active Texas State License will start at $17/hr. Pay rate will be higher and increase with experience and certifications. Pay rates competitive for RDAs with pediatric specific experience, additional certifications and stellar clinical performance during skills assessment. We strive for great customer service and efficient work. Kind interactions with our young patients and their parents is essential and required. We are flexible on the number of working days per week desired. If you are looking at part time or full time, we can work with your schedule. We also offer overtime pay for driven individuals who want the extra hours. We do not work late hours. Our last patient checks in at 4:00 and is out by 5:00 to close for the day. We also do not work weekends. You'll be joining a big team of seasoned, kind assistants so you'll have support staff to share the load.
