What You’ll Love About This Role- $40–$45/hour based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Predictable, well-managed schedule (we stay on time) Supportive, team-oriented environment Brand-new, modern facility Pediatric training and mentorship provided What You’ll Do- Provide gentle, high-quality hygiene care to pediatric patients Educate children and parents in a positive, encouraging way Build trust and rapport with families Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team Maintain accurate charting and assist with efficient patient flow Requirements- Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (or ability to obtain before start) Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and patient interaction skills Comfortable working with children and families Basic computer and dental software proficiency Preferred (Not Required) Pediatric dental experience Experience with Dentrix or similar software Important: We are open to all experience levels, including new graduates and hygienists returning to the workforce.
