What You’ll Do ⁃ Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established patient base ⁃ Diagnose, treatment plan, and educate patients on long-term oral health ⁃ Perform restorative care, endodontics, implants, and removable procedures based on experience ⁃ Use digital technology to support efficient, high-quality care ⁃ Collaborate with clinical and administrative teammates to keep the day running smoothly ⁃ Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation What You’ll Bring ⁃ DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school ⁃ Active North Carolina dental license in good standing ⁃ Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach ⁃ Confidence providing comprehensive care in a busy practice ⁃ Team-oriented mindset and desire to grow clinically Compensation $225,000 base salary plus percentage of production, or straight production.
