🦷 Associate Dentist – Full Time or Part Tiem High-Trust, Growth-Focused Practice | Leadership Opportunity | Long-Term Position We are looking for more than just a dentist. We are looking for a leader. Our privately owned practice in Richardson Texas and Grapevine Texas. The practice has been serving these neighborhoods for over 20+ years. We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist who can: Build authentic relationships with patients Lead and inspire a team Consistently produce $60,000+ per month Think long-term and grow with the practice If you are clinically strong and people-focused, we would love to meet you. What We’re Looking For DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active state dental license Ability to consistently produce $60K+ per month Comfortable with comprehensive restorative care Ability to diagnose and present treatment clearly and confidently Strong chairside manner Leadership presence with team Experience preferred, but the right mindset and leadership ability matter most.
