Friendly, hard working scheduling / treatment coordinator wanted at busy family general dentistry practice in Bulverde/Spring Branch. Some experience with treatment plan presentation and dealing with dental insurance preferable but not mandatory. Experience with Dentrix, Dexis, Weave, and Insurance Answers Plus ideal. We have an exceptional 19 year old practice that thrives on providing quality dentistry, excellent customer service, and utilization of technology to create efficiency. Our benefits include: 40 hours of paid sick/vacation days (during first year), then 80 hours of paid sick/vacation days (starting year 2), 401k plan (after 1 year), and medical insurance (after 60 days), and paid major holidays. Starting pay range dependent upon experience ($25-$29/hr). This position greets the patients as they walk in or schedule over the phone so we are looking for someone that has a positive and friendly attitude. This position also requires attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Examples of some duties include: rescheduling patients, answering patient questions regarding our services, filling open appointment times, handling patient concerns, juggling employee scheduling, etc.
