My name is Dr. Mark Dlugokinski DDS, I am a General Dentist with 35 years of experience. Our office, Blue Ridge Dental, is located in Historic Blue Ridge, Georgia 30513 in the Riverstone Medical Campus building, conveniently located above the local Ingles Grocery Store off of highway 515. Our current office staff includes: 1 Dentist, 1 Office Manager, 2 Dental Assistants, and 2 Dental Hygienists. Our office just added two additional operatories to our growing practice to hire a full-time Associate Dentist and assistant, and another full-time Dental Hygienist. Fabulous top of the line ADEC equipment, with a Cavitron directly integrated onto the delivery tray in addition to the Hygiene handpiece and air-water syringe. 2025 production was $1.4M, we used to receive 25-30 new patients per month, we now routinely receive 50-60 new patients per month for the past 2-3 years. We are seeking a fulltime Associate Dentist (DDS or DMD) for a full time position to fill 4 days per week. We alternate our weeks Monday - Thursday with a Tuesday - Friday scheduled work week, this affords you a 4 day weekend every other week. Office hours are: 8am-5pm (lunch taken 1-2pm, and we rarely work past business/lunch hours). Fridays, we work until 2pm, but you will still be compensated for a full day. I would like to hire an Associate Dentist, whether this person has experience or is newly graduating from a Dental School. One thing I do have to offer, is that I was once the Director of the Faculty Private Practice at the Medical College of Georgia, School of Dentistry (now the 'Dental College of Georgia' DCG). I have a wealth of private practice experience to impart to a new graduate. The general dentist that we hire as an Associate Dentist, will have the autonomy to render dental care of their judgement. Compensation has the form of a guaranteed 'Per Diem' daily wage, and 30% of the Associate Dentist's actual collections.
