We are a growing, privately owned dental practice. Patient focused and a strong team culture. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable Treatment Coordinator who can confidently guide patients through their care while supporting both the front office and clinical team. Dental experience is a must. Experience with Open Dental is a plus. We would love to have a smiling face with a team player attitude join us and grow with the office. Responsibilities: * Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient * Check out patients and collect payments * Present and coordinate treatment with clarity and confidence * Verify insurance and clearly explain benefits * Explain pretreatment estimates * Manage daily front office flow * Support the clinical team to keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For • 2+ years dental front office experience • Previous RDA experience (strongly preferred) • Solid understanding of insurance and treatment presentation • Confident discussing finances with patients • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Positive, adaptable, team-first mindset Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off * Bonus opportunities for achieving treatment plan acceptance goals Dental Assistant Duties and Responsibilities * Welcome patients in the dental office * Gather patient information and health background * Prepare the work area for procedures * Take x-rays of patient's teeth when necessary and display results for the dentist * Chart existing treatment and enter new treatment as diagnosed by dentist * Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures * Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits * Restock treatment areas and monitor inventory * Sterilization of instruments according to regulations * Assist hygienist in periodontal charting and keeping everyone on schedule-know the pulse of the practice * All other task assigned Dental Assistant Requirements and Qualifications * High School diploma * Dental assistant certificate *2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Implant experience Scanning * Nitrous Oxide Certified * Radiology Certified * We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, Drug-free work environment.
