Generations Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is excited to welcome a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to our established and growing practice. This opportunity is open due to a team member moving out of state — and it is a great chance to step into a well-organized, patient-centered office where quality care comes first. Our ideal hygienist is: • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented • Passionate about patient education and preventive care • Comfortable working independently within the dentist’s clinical parameters • Committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences every day As our hygienist, you’ll be more than a provider — you’ll be a key leader in our continuing care program. We’re looking for someone who enjoys autonomy, collaboration, and building lasting patient relationships. You will: • Serve as the mastermind of our continuing care and preventive dentistry program • Educate patients so they understand and take ownership of their oral health • Diagnose and treat periodontal disease effectively • Take diagnostic radiographs as needed • Ensure every patient learns something new at each hygiene visit • Act as a co-therapist, working closely with the dentist to guide patients through long-term, comprehensive care plans Details: • 2-day work week: Wednesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (job share with another experienced RDH) • Excellent compensation: $55–$63 per hour base pay • Bonus potential based on treatment and production goals • Paid holidays when they fall on your regular workdays • Continuing education encouraged and supported, including attendance at the Rocky Mountain Dental Convention and an additional out-of-state CE opportunity
