Job description: Flower Mound dental is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes direction well, can work independently, and maintains a professional, polished appearance for direct patient care. Key Responsibilities: Assist the doctor chairside for general and restorative procedures using light-cured materials Take alginate impressions; pour and trim models Use intraoral cameras and digital scanning systems; assist with Invisalign cases Take and record manual blood pressure readings and provide clear post-operative instructions Maintain strict infection control, including instrument sterilization and autoclave/Statim operation and maintenance Set up basic restorative trays; fabricate anterior and posterior temporary crowns and veneers Pack and remove retraction cord as directed by the doctor Update medical histories, charting, and patient notes; schedule follow-up and recall appointments Assist with in-office whitening and other cosmetic procedures as needed Schedule, Compensation & Benefits: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Pay: $21–$23 per hour, based on experience Incentives: Monthly bonus opportunities Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and a PTO plan for full-time team members Hiring Urgency: Actively hiring with the goal to fill within 1–2 weeks Requirements: Active Texas RDA license (or eligibility prior to start date) Solid foundation in chairside assisting, infection control, and basic restorative setups Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered attitude Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting
